1 Jun 2009 Well, I will be 40 weeks tomorrow, I.m 60% effaced, 2 cm and now just waiting. My OB said she is almost sure LO won.t stay in another week. I am 38.4 weeks and am 1cm dilated, 50-60% effaced, 0 station and I was 1 cm for weeks, including the day before I went into labor (at 38w5 or 6d). She said I am 60% effaced and 2 cm dialated. I start week 37 tomorrow. I was prepared for the thinning, but I was not expecting the dialation. Even my doctor.
